The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contact and inquiry form
If you contact us by form, phone or e-mail, we process the details you provide (company, contact person, e-mail, optionally phone number, message) to handle your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) as well as your consent (point (a)). We do not pass your data on to third parties without a legal basis. Inquiries are stored only as long as necessary for processing and for statutory retention obligations.
4. Cookies, tracking, external services
This website uses no tracking and no analytics or advertising cookies and does not load external fonts or content. When the contact form is opened, a technically necessary session cookie is set to protect against spam and abuse; it does not require consent.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future.
